Is there a long-term contract?
No. It's $10.00 a month and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account page — two clicks through our secure billing portal.
Does the $10 include my prescription?
No. Programs are priced separately, and each program's price is shown before you book. Lab panels are priced separately and paid at checkout.
Do I need insurance?
No. Membership, programs and lab panels are self-pay.
What if I only want a lab panel?
Order it directly — if you're not a member yet, your first $10 month is added to the same checkout.
